Are you fluent in Dutch and German currently in a sales/ telesales role looking for the next step in your career?

This could be the opportunity for you to further your career and join my clients contact centre management team as a Sales Coach.

You will be responsible for the contact centre quality assurance programme ensuring that there is a consistent approach to sales and service.

Some other day to day duties:

Ensure that the brand is represented to new and existing members of staff in a way where they understand the importance of delivering a cohesive service to all customers

Identify opportunities to increase sales of all core

Plan, design and present training programmes to ensure the departments KPIs are achieved

Motivate staff at all levels to perform to the best of their ability

To be considered for this role you will:

NVQ management level 4 or equivalent experience

Strong leadership skills

Ability to coordinate and monitor quality assurance

Forward planning and organisational skills

Ability to communicate with people at all levels
