A fantastic opportunity has become available for a Customer Services Manager to join a leading Manufacturer of hearing care solutions. This role is based off Warrington city centre

The Role:

As a Customer Service Manager you will man manage a group of 7 advisers and support them within the department by reviewing and realigning tasks and workloads ,you will liaise with customers internal & external, you will deal with any queries that may arise from customer orders, manage the order book proactively


Previous experience within a leadership role, proven record within customer services, must have SAP experience.
