An excellent opportunity has arisen to join a world leading global organisation, our client Unilever are currently looking for a Digital Visual Content Producer based at Unilever's prestigious facility in Kingston-upon-Thames, Surrey. This is a full time temporary role for a period of 12 months (starting end of Oct 2016), working a 36.25 hour week, paying between £30,400 and £38,000 per annum, pro rata, depending on experience.

The Global Content Manager (visual content specialist) will lead on photography, film and other visual content for the Global Content team, production of which is increasing as we improve our impact in the modern digital environment. We have recently refreshed our Tone of Voice and our external content plan, and both demand a greater quantity and quality of creative and visual content. This role is crucial to delivering on that goal.

The Global Content Team is a hub of content generation for the Sustainable Business & Communications (SB&C) function, sourcing leads and turning them into high-quality content for use across a range of channels. These primarily include and country websites, the News Centre (Unilever's internal news channel), and social media channels. The content team's purpose is to create and curate the content that enables Unilever to communicate its sustainable business agenda with a clear, compelling and credible voice, provide proof points for a model for sustainable business, and encourage advocacy and participation from our stakeholders. The Global Content Producer reports to the Head of Global Content.

*Acting as the team's 'visual' expert, keeping on top of creative digital trends and formats to inform the wider team and the development of our content
*Conceiving and personally creating regular visual assets, such as picture quotes, short films (including 'reading films') and imagery
*Developing and delivering larger visual projects (frequently with external agencies), such as film and design projects
*Being responsible for the ongoing 'View from here' regular photo series for internal and external channels
*Project managing 'The Photography Project' each year, which (via an external agency) delivers significant high quality photography in multiple international locations for use in the Unilever Sustainable Living Plan and Annual Report publications and campaigns
*Managing our YouTube channel and continuing to develop it in line with the refreshed influencers content strategy
*Potential to develop a new Instagram channel for the function
*Developing best practice visual content production guidelines and inputting into training requirements
*Managing the 100 Victoria Embankment filming studio
*Supporting production of the quarterly SB&C webcast
*Supporting on measurement and analytics
*Experience of and passion for visual content production, including film, photography and design
*String creative background
*Content experience, in cross channel content e.g. social, website, internal employee engagement
*Experience working on campaigns
*Idea generator - expertise of engaging audiences through visual content, infographics, photography and video.
*Ability to use Final Cut Pro/Premier Pro and Photoshop, or similar
*Experience of creating briefs and managing external creative agencies
*Managing and maintaining in-house film equipment
*Ability to organise and manage multiple visual assets
*The successful candidate will need to travel at least one or two days per week to the 100 Victoria Embankment Office in London
