This post provides support to the Project Manager in all project governance and documentation.

To be responsible for maintaining and change control of project documents.
Plan and manage a number of small, related, initiatives.

To collect, co-ordinate and analyse any management information required.

To plan and assist in the development and staging of a variety of events, including meetings, seminars, briefings, etc.
Advanced analytical skills in order to interpret and manipulate varied and complex project information in relation to services required by the client.

Ability to organise, plan and meet set targets e.g. for provision of urgent project reports, required by client.

Developed communication and interpersonal skills in order to interact effectively

Strong problem solving skills with the ability to anticipate problems and resolve issues independently, planning solutions and making sound pragmatic decisions

Advanced IT skills in Microsoft Word, Powerpoint, Excel, use of Internet and other web-based applications, for the integral use of word processing, analysis and research of data, creating electronic presentations.

Excellent literacy and numeracy skills in order to understand to carry out financial analysis and reporting.

To join the Care, Wellbeing & Education Transformation Team to provide project support to a number of transformation projects.

Responsibilities will include:
- Management of Working Group(s) and Project Board(s).
To include drafting and issuing agendas, taking actions notes, ensuring actions are carried out, working with the Chairman, booking meetings/venues, requesting reports/information/attendance from others, briefing attendees
- Arranging, supporting and helping with the delivery of workshops, awaydays and consultation events
- Research and data collection
- Drafting or contributing to reports, presentations, briefing notes, project plans, gant charts etc
- Working with senior officers across the County Council. Could also include partner organisations and County Council Members
- Administration (arranging meetings, printing, booking venues etc)
