Our client is an enterprise resource planning software created in Germany with presence in over 150 countries. It is a well established business with over 70 years experience working with different kinds of partners all over the world.

Position: As a Partner Advisor you will be responsible for Sales Relationship Management developing and maintaining an exclusive professional relationship with a number of designated company's partners.

Main Tasks & Responsibilities:

*Proactively drives the relationship with the partner and will have a series of remote 1:1 meetings;
*Identifying the partner's business needs and building a long term relationship;
*Be able to identify and offer advice on areas of the Partners
*Maintain focus on increasing partner satisfaction and productivity, while contributing to the company's growth strategy;
*Build a network of strong relationships with key stakeholders inside the organisation, to ensure that there is full alignment in communicating with the partners.

Requirements and Background:

*B2B Sales experience
*Fluency in German
*Business/IT Degree or equivalent experience, e-commerce (advantageous)
*Customer care oriented, able to work on own initiative, experience on working as part of a team, proactive, strong communication skills, flexible.
*Account management experience, IT/Tech understanding and friendly personality.
