Cloud Phone Team Member

Location: Liverpool

You'll be the voice of BT and at the forefront of what's new and fresh, be accountable for seamlessly placing and manging Cloud Phone orders helping to win the hearts and minds of the customers.

As a member of the BT Cloud Phone Team you will deliver exceptional customer service whilst being responsible for:
-Be accountable for seamlessly placing and managing Cloud Phone orders submitted by the Sales community
-Own and be accountable for resolving customers service and billing issues specific to Cloud Phone
-Correctly use the appropriate systems, including 3rd party, while strictly adhering to the Cloud Phone end-to-end provision processes
-Deliver excellent customer experience and with each customer interaction reflecting the centre of excellence standards that clearly demonstrates our ambition to be the best in the market
-Role model the BT values, displaying a flexible, responsive, proactive, collaborative, 'can do,' attitude with customers, colleagues and stakeholders
-Be able to multi-task in a fast-paced, complex, multi-function environment in which you will work online (inbound and outbound) and offline using email, live chat and social media and other communication means where appropriate

In order to apply you must:
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
Listen, question and analyse to establish the customer needs
The ability to take ownership of customer's queries and leave a lasting impression on the customer by delivering excellent soft skills.
Be able to work as part of a team, whilst also remaining responsible and accountable for your own performance and actions.
As for benefits, you will receive a full contract of employment, full time 37.5 hours Monday to Friday between 0800 to 1800, up to 30 days holiday, access to internal training tools and ongoing coaching and support.
