Great opportunity for someone to join an expanding Logistics company based in Slough. Do you have a strong background in administration? Are you comfortable in a job where the role will be split between admin and customer service? Are you used to working to tight deadlines and working in a fast paced environment? If so this could be the perfect opportunity for you!!

Our client is currently based in slough but will be moving to Colnbrook next year so you must be willing to move offices with them in 2017.

The main duties in the role will include supporting sales staff with clients and obtaining quotes for customers. Helping warehouse staff and Customer Data Executives with client jobs as and when required. Keeping a check of incoming e-mail and informing the relevant person of what needs to be done if needed. Dealing and contacting existing clients with queries and company information. Dealing with customer queries on a daily basis, supplying quotations to customers based on the company set company margins. Ensuring client requests are carried out using internal operations paperwork. Client reports to be completed as and when requested with all the correct information.

Booking Agents for collections and deliveries of goods as and when required. Ensure any supplier queries relating to customers shipments are dealt with. Speaking to clients on a daily basis with any queries or requests. General Support on print as and when required. General Administration duties or tasks requested necessary by department manager. Ensuring all customer emails are dealt with promptly and professional.
Dealing with incoming telephone calls as and when required.

Previous experience in customer services with strong communication skills in Microsoft office and outlook, face to face interactions with customers is an advantage. Manage client adjustments, quotations and process customer orders. Network with all groups and departments involved in customer orders, processing and support. This position will be responsible for all the administration and correspondence and day to day management of these accounts.
