Typically, you'll be carrying out the below day to day activities:

- Sourcing and selection of candidates and job applicants
- Referencing / screening candidates
- Network and advertise to potential candidates
- Identify skills to match appropriately with vacancies
- Provide and discuss contracts and new starter packs
- Deal with general queries relating to contracts, pay, assignment details, tax queries etc.
- Liaising with clients at various levels of management
- Database cleansing
- Filing
- Answering all telephone calls

You'll be liaising with a whole range of people, getting as much information as possible to make the perfect match.

Ideally we are looking for the following characteristics:

- Dedication and a real desire to progress within a company
- Excellent telephone manner, someone who is not afraid to pick up the phone and talk to people they have never spoken to before
- Organisation Skills
- Motivation

- Well presented
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

In return, Manpower will offer excellent in-house training as well as an external assessor, upon successful completion of a probation period you be offered a pay rise, will also get involved in the company profit share scheme as well as other bonus incentives

Hours are Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours a week 09:00 - 17:30.
