Manpower UK Ltd, is happy to be representing a local company in recruiting for a Customer Service Claims Coordinator to work in their Ashford location. As a valuable member of the team you will ensure that all claims are handled in accordance with Client requirement and Group Policies.

Duties Include:
*Provide excellent customer service to customers and clients
*Support customers from beginning to end, making sure that they are happy with the service
*Ensure that all SLA's are understood and adhered to
*Build relationships with Clients and Customers while they are sorting out their claims, in order to get repeat business
Required Skills and Abilities:
*The ability to work in a fast paced and changing environment
*Ability to apply a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
*Demonstrate a high level of customer service
*Excellent communication skills
*Flexibility and adaptability
*The ability to organise & prioritise own workload
*Working within a team environment and the ability to work under own initiative
*Good computer literacy
*Educated to GCSE level (or equivalent)
Job Specification:
Monday - Friday 9am to 5pm
