We're recruiting Senior Customer Service Representatives for our client, based in Livingston.

As a Senior Customer Service Representative, your main responsibilities will be to:

* Process telephone orders, ensuring all security standards are maintained
* Liaise with all relevant departments to resolve order queries and issues
* Own and investigate all customer generated issues across all products, ensuring that the customer is continually updated at all stages
* Process email and fax orders -
* Signpost all email and fax traffic that arrives within the department to a specific area
* Inform customers of unfulfilled orders
* Contact customers to discuss any information related to their order requirements
* Impart your own experiences on to the CSR's to guide them in support of our customers
* Provide product training, using your knowledge to train your colleagues on products, processes and procedures
* Maintain business/commercial awareness and comprehensive product knowledge
* Actively seek new ways to help improve process and propose changes to improve the quality of service delivered and reduce costs.

The ideal candidate will:

This is an ongoing temporary role, working between 0900 - 1730 Monday to Friday however flexibility required.
