Field Service Installer
Join ManpowerGroup to support Whirlpool to retro fit their products in the field!
As a retro fit Installer, you’ll travel to residential customers’ homes, and upgrade their Tumble dryer machines.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Carrying out the required service as issued by the client customer service desk
- Working to the provided schedule, completing a minimum number of five service requests per shift
- Operating Whirlpools mobility tablet for receiving work orders and reporting purposes.
You’ll receive full product training before you start in your role, and you’ll also receive a small van to use for business purposes. We have a many Tumble dryer products to upgrade, so you’ll have plenty of opportunities to put your training to good use.
Full training will be given however; we require good communication skills, a clean driving licence, and someone who will thrive when working in a customer-facing role.
