E.ON Customer Service Advisors - Bilborough (Temp to Perm)

A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for Customer Service Advisors in Nottingham!

Due to continued growth, E.ON are looking for a number of Customer Service Advisors to join their expanding Customer Service team in Bilborough. You'll initially work for Manpower on a temporary basis but there's opportunity to become a permanent employee.

*£7.40 progressing to £8.85 after 12 weeks with the scope to progress to £10.28 per hour (£14,273 - £19,779 pro rata on hours worked) + qualification for annual bonus scheme

*Annual leave entitlement of 28 days a year pro rata for the first 12 weeks, and 34 days per annum thereafter (including bank holidays)
*An on-site canteen serving hot and cold food and free drinks vending machines

*You'll need to be flexible to work between 8am to 8pm Monday - Friday and 8am to 6pm on Saturdays. Working hours require a degree of flexibility as these will be dictated by real business needs

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for resolving inbound customer enquiries whilst maintaining relationships with customers. You will also be required to potentially make outbound enquiries and keep customers updated. This will involve using your initiative and actively promoting the company's products and services to match a customer's particular needs and ensure a great customer service is delivered every time. Within the role customers could be calling you regarding arranging an appointment for a meter read or for help with understanding their bills.

Ideally you'll have some previous experience as a Customer Service Advisor and/or be familiar with working within a contact centre environment is advantageous.
