You`ll interview and assess candidates to understand their skill sets, and regularly meet with your existing clients to see if any of our other workforce solutions would be right for them. You`ll always be on the look-out for new business opportunities in your geographical area to make sure you hit your targets and build trusted partnerships with your clients for the long term.

Candidate Profile:

You will need to have experience within a Sales environment, either Business to Business or Retail Sales, with a genuine passion to develop a successful career within Recruitment.

You will have the drive, determination and passion to continue building our brand across the York area, and enhance our reputation with clients and candidates.
