Our client a Global IT Outsourcing Corporation that prides itself on innovation, requires technical support trainers to join their team.

Our client has been working with high profile global brands providing IT and customer service solutions for over 25 years. Due to recent business expansion we require experienced technical support trainers to join their dynamic professional team on a full time basis to represent a UK electronics retailer.

Successful applicants will be responsible for job-specific training courses to new hires. You will be required to interact with internal team members and functional organisations to identify content need of courses.
Curriculum content includes, job specific technical tools, skills, competencies, or applications. Trainers are expected to utilise blended learning solutions to facilitate and deliver the training.

Applicants must have the following skills and experience:

Minimum 4-6 years of working experience in a hard-core technical support environment with focus on consumer and/or SMB end-user support.
Experience in handling frontline customer on issues related to PC's (desktop & laptops), Operating system including complete Windows range, Printers & Peripherals, Routers & networking.
Confident with technology, understands and comprehends technical terms, possess a knack for technical advancements, keeps himself/herself updated and sound.
Proven skill & experience in diverse knowledge platforms including applications, operating systems & hardware.
Exposure to consumer smart devices including phones & handhelds would be an added advantage.
Experience in delivering training in a class room environment on the above topics mandatory.
Demonstrated ability to apply adult education principals and theory.
Facilitation skills and ability to manage logistics
Minimum graduate and technical certifications and courses are preferred.

The day to day duties within this role will include but will not be limited to the following:
Delivering technical training curriculum to team members (existing or new hires) through a combination of blended learning solutions.
Meet or exceeds quality targets for instructor or facilitator performance.
Execute and shares best practices for ensuring excellence in instructor training and performance.
Ensure effective delivery of training and solutions to support the highest competence given the level of knowledge and skills required. Conducts pilot training and provides feedback to adjust materials to better serve team members.

Assisting in the development and review of new training materials by analysing team member feedback and providing feedback for recommended revisions to course curriculum.
Provides feedback to leadership on classroom performance and Dell team member experiences and recommend actions for improvement.
Measures effectiveness of training content and delivery.
