Customer Service/ Help-desk Analyst
Salary: £17,500 - £18,500 PA

Working on a small internal Helpdesk we are looking for someone to join our team onsite in Liverpool.
The role will be dealing with internal customers, acting as first point of contact for their IT issues. You will be fluent in English, French and another European language (Spanish, German, Italian) and have excellent customer service skills and good IT skills. Full training will be given for the role.

The successful applicant may have the below skills, attributes, or experience -

Good interpersonal skills: Have the ability to communicate and interact with a customer in order to extract the necessary information to resolve the customers query
Good Listening skills. Have the ability to listen to a customer and clarify their details in order to be able resolve their issue first time.
Multi-tasking. It is important that the role holder can multi task. There are often occasions where the analyst is required to answer a call, and an Echat at the same time
Positive/ Proactive attitude. It is important that all analysts have a positive can do attitude.
Collaborate and share knowledge. There is a requirement for all analysts to share learned knowledge in order to facilitate continuous improvement for both customers and colleagues benefit.
