Manpower are working with an organisation in Rugby, Warwickshire who are looking to appoint a Cell Leader/ Production Supervisor

Working in Manufacturing can be diverse, challenging whilst very rewarding as no day is the same. The preferred candidates will have previously worked in a production environment operating and supervising CNC Machinery whilst working to tight deadlines.

The role duties encompass:

*Operate CNC Machinery by means of programming or setting
*Work to tight tolerances checking quality with drawings
*Helping other operators with setting up machines and at times training new operators
*Scheduling work loads

As well as the above, you will ideally have worked as a CNC Operator or Machine Operator previously and be ready to take on a challenge by leading a team or be able to work well under your own initiative.

It is advantageous but not essential to have previous CNC Operating experience including operating, programming or setting using either or all of the following machines...Doosan, EWMENN, Hardinge, Daewoo, KNC, Montel, Sermati , Wickman, Scrivener. Although it is advantageous, you will learn these skills through the channels of this companies extensive training programme which includes site visits, plus more!

The salary on offer is up to £37,500 for day shift (06:00am-18:00pm) and this is 4 days on, 4 days off. On top of this, you will receive PRP (Performance related pay) of up to an additional £2000 per annum.
