Manpower are currently recruiting for an HR Administrator based in Portsmouth on a permanent basis.
As an HR Administrator your main job function is to support the HR department on all Human Resources related issues and administration as well as supporting on projects.
Your main duties will be:
*Support on all case management
*Support on the development and deployment of employee relations supporting policies, tools, guidelines and templates in order to improve consistency of application across the division
*Provide policy and process advice to managers, investigating issues raised and making recommendations
*Providing support on paperwork relating to grievances and disciplinary procedures
*Provision of letters and supporting documentation
*Maintain case tracking system and produce management information as required in support of the business decision making process
*Contribute to HR projects as required
*Writing reports
