Manpower are currently recruiting for multiple Customer Services Representatives (CSR) responsible for handling all aspects of customer contacts via telephone enquiries from members of the public and customer counter clerks, written correspondence and forms.

We are recruiting for large Blue-Chip organisation contributing to the delivery of contractual obligations to the Public Sector customer, including the achievement of Service Levels.

Responsibilities will be to act as the first point of contact for customer account holders via telephone, written correspondence and forms and to then guide account holders accurately and professionally through business processes enhancing the customer experience this will also involve compliance with security requirements.

CSRs are supported in their role by Team Leaders, and will be expected to convey a professional image of the Contact Centre to both internal and external customers and suppliers. CSRs are expected to act with integrity at all times and command the respect of their peers and customers, contributing to the creation of a successful business environment

The Location will be Preston and there will be a 2 week training course that will likely take place in central Preston.

Customer Services Representatives (CSRs) will work a 37 ½ hour week. This will be based on flexible shift patterns covering 08:00 - 18:00 (Mon - Fri) and 08:00 - 19:30 on Saturday. There may be a requirement to provide some flexibility to cover 24x7x365.

The hourly rate for this year long contract will be £7.20, though there will be other rates for twilight hours, and nights amongst other times.
