An excellent opportunity has arisen to join a world leading global organisation; our client Unilever are currently looking for an Assistant Brand Manager (Lipton Tea) based at Unilever's prestigious facility in Blackfriars, London. This is a full time temporary role for a period of 6 months to start ASAP, working a 36.25 hour week, paying between £30,400 and £34,200 per annum, pro rata, depending on experience.

The job holder will....
* Report into and assist Global Senior Brand Manager on Lipton sensorial teas and gifting.
* Work on trend forward innovations in the space of Sensorial teas and shape the future of the Lipton gifting portfolio
* Lead networks on projects and manage a large global multifunctional project team by working directly with local and regional project leaders and deliver projects on time in full (OTIF) in markets.
* Work intensively with our agency partners across proposition and packaging creation
* Control and monitor budgets and the payment processing system
* Build future capability in the team by managing career development of a marketing intern
* Lead the integration of gifting portfolio into e-commerce channels by working closely with relevant teams within global organisation and regional project leaders

* Be the first point of contact for artwork and comms adaptation for project Helium (sensorial teas) in roll-out markets
* Assist Line Manager who is global project leader for the roll-out of project Neon (next wave of sensorial teas) and Rio (focusing on gifting)
* Lead and manage all network calls with the global team and regional partners to deliver projects OTIF
* Lead the work on understanding the markets and competitors.
* Assist line Manager in developing the Innovation Roadmap for sensorial teas in 2018 and beyond
* Lead the e-commerce phase of gifting roll out globally and in lead countries (France, USA and Russia).

* Project team management, Packaging Development (not essential but would be an advantage), Consumer Insight

* A keen marketer with Brand Development experience
* Experience in Beverages is preferred but not a must
* Experience working with premium brands - essential
