An excellent opportunity has arisen to join a world leading global organisation, our client Unilever are currently recruiting for a Global Assistant Brand Manager for the Sunlight household cleaning brand. The role will bas based at Unilever's Global HQ in Blackfriars, London. This is a temporary role to start October 2016 and expected to run for 6 months. The salary for this position is paying between £30,400 to £35,997, depending on experience.

Sunlight Dishwash is the leading brand in household cleaning category. The brand is enjoying consistent growth since 2005 and winning systematically the award of Unilever fastest growing brand in the past years. It's great time to join the Sunlight team with a strong innovation pipeline involving breakthrough technologies and social mission agenda.

We are looking to recruit a new brand manager assistant who will report directly to the Brand Manager. The ABM will mainly work on the premium innovation funnel. The is a key role as the projects involved are amongst the top category projects in terms of value growth contribution for 2017+.

Some previous experience in Marketing and/or Brand Development is required especially in the area of market and consumer insight understanding, and familiarity with communication process, design development stages. Analytical skills for market and financials analysis is essential as well.

Main Accountabilities
*Support the Global Brand Development Manager in delivery of step changing global innovation projects, both from product mix and communication development side.
*Manages clearly defined sections of innovation projects, coached/supervised by brand development manager. For these projects we refer to contract preparation and development of the project through the capability phase (communication, AW development, alignment with key countries)
*Assists in the development of consumer insights and the development of global innovation and communication programmes working closely with the CMI team, Partner Agencies and other functional teams i.e. Packaging, Formulation, Supply Chain, Finance to ensure excellent delivery and implementation.
*Facilitate team working in order to deliver projects.
*Understand the competitive environment in which Sunlight HDW brand compete including communication, category segments, competitors and market dynamics

*Degree holder preferably in Marketing Management/Business disciplines
*At least 1 year of relevant brand management/marketing experience,
*Excellent teamwork ability
*Well-developed project management and (potential) project leadership skills
*A considered, analytical approach to working with concepts, consumers, problem solving (creative solutions) and stakeholder management
*Strong passion to win and can-do spirit
*A high degree of rigour & order
