Do you have debt collections experience? Do you have a compassionate approach to difficult situations, yet able to come to a conclusion?

If so, our client is looking for you. Manpower UK is currently recruiting on behalf of our client, who are recruiting for Collection Agents to join their busy team in Glasgow. Our client has over 25 years of experience, specialising in debt collection.

The job:

Our client has a number of exciting opportunities within the Collections team in Glasgow. They require motivated individuals to become an integral part of their operations team.

The Candidate:
*Excellent communication skills
*Drive, enthusiasm and a willingness to go the extra mile
*Good listening and questioning skills
*Confidence to probe and gather information
*Call centre experience preferably within financial services and collections

You must be able to commit to a varied shift pattern from 8am until 8pm, including a rota Saturday plan. Please see shift pattern below:

Week 38-5pm8-5pm2-8pm2-8pm10-7pmOFF
