To manage all areas of the client's youth projects, including the Study Programme, Traineeships and Functional Skills/GCSE delivery, encompassing all aspects of the programmes, meeting profiles and ensuring their smooth operation.

*Qualified in Management to Level 3 or above

Principle Job Accountabilities:
*Manage all aspects of the day to day running of the Study Programme, Traineeships and Skills for Life departments
*Liaise effectively with all associated company managers to ensure quality is maintained and timely completion of qualifications
*Continually review and evaluate all Tutor's caseloads and GLH in order to drive the programmes forward successfully to achieve, and exceed, contract value and contractual targets
*Keep up to date with changes, developments and requirements of the programme and introduce these in a timely manner
*Maintain and update all processes for the department and ensure quality assurance levels are met throughout the delivery of the programme
*Provide effective statistical reports to the Executive Managers, as agreed
*Prioritise workload effectively in order to meet deadlines and ensure accuracy of all documentation required for administrative purposes
*Responsible for all staff within department, with regards to performance management, mentoring, coaching and training, appraisals and general supervision
*To represent the Company to external bodies, where appropriate
*Ensure compliance with Company policies including equality and diversity and health and safety
