The Connected Guests Mitel Hospitality EMEA Account Manager is responsible for positioning and promoting Mitel Hospitality based solutions within the Hospitality Industry Marketplace which includes the Global, regional & local hotel groups, hotel owners, Mitel distribution and partners, hospitality industry consultants and providers of Hospitality Technology Solutions.

The Mitel Hospitality EMEA Account Manager will possess extensive and demonstrated knowledge of the Hospitality Industry and serve as a subject matter expert for Mitel Sales and Marketing teams along with Mitel's Hospitality Channel Partners. The Mitel Hospitality EMEA Account Manager will work with each of these audiences to increase mindshare and market share of Mitel products and solutions within the Hospitality Space.

Mitel commands a dominant market share in the Hospitality Space for the past twenty years which are deployed in over 20 Global Hospitality Brands in over 100 Countries. The Mitel Hospitality EMEA Account Manager will need to be able to protect and grow the market share in Call Control (PBX and Cloud) whilst successfully positioning our newly introduced hospitality solutions centered on improving the Guest Experience through our Connected Guests Solutions.

Candidates for this position are expected to have a strong track record of successfully growing market share of hospitality technology solutions within the hospitality industry ranging from Luxury to Select Service.

Responsibilities include:

- Leverage individual subject matter expertise in Hospitality to assist Mitel sales and marketing efforts and to help Mitel Hospitality Channel Partners be successful in a highly competitive environment.
- Achieve target revenue.
- Manage corporate and sales resources effectively to achieve target objectives.
- Develop or enhance partnerships to expand customer solution and increase sales in the Hospitality Industry
- Develop comprehensive plan to grow and expand Mitel Hospitality brand awareness and indirect sales in Hospitality
- Participate in segment trade shows and other events to promote Mitel Hospitality solutions
- Work with Mitel Business Development Representatives and Mitel Hospitality Channel Partners to define and support prospecting efforts within Hospitality
- Develop strong relationships with Hospitality decision makers from the Global groups, hotel owners, consultants and technology providers
- Provide feedback (customer/prospect needs, industry trends, market perceptions, competitive intelligence, etc.) to company management, marketing and product management teams

Key requirements:

-Solid experience selling technology solutions to the Hospitality Industry
-Mitel PBX solutions knowledge
-Knowledge of VMware and Data Centers a definite asset
-Knowledge or experience with Nortel, Avaya, Cisco, Hitachi, Alcatel-Lucent or NEC products
is a definite plus
-History of selling B2B and progressively improving results
-Successful management of a minimum $4M+ quota
-Clean driving record required
