An excellent opportunity has become available for a Customer Care Account Manager to join our client an international supply chain solution company within Warrington.

As a Customer Care Account manager you will join a very dynamic and friendly team. You will look after existing accounts (B2B), processing orders, dealing with all general queries via phone and email and producing reports

Due to dealing with customers accounts outside of the UK ideally you will be able to speak French and possibly either Russian/Turkish

This is a 6 month fixed term contract with the possibility of being extended for another 6 months

In return your hours of work will be: 9am - 5:30pm & 8:30am - 5pm (37.5 hours a week) with flexibility on hours using flexi time scheme
