Pay Rate: £11.28 per hour

Length of Assignment: Temporary ongoing

Annual leave: 28 days per annum pro rata for the first 12 weeks increasing to 34 days per annum thereafter

Hours: Full Time 37 hours - Monday to Friday - 8.30am- 5pm

The purpose of the HHMO (Half Hourly Meter Operator) Agent is to manage EON's portfolio of circa 14,000 HH (Half Hourly) metered customers;
This involves working closely with other business units, suppliers and third party agents, in an accurate and timely manner.
* Process and work all data transfer data flows in a timely and regulatory compliant manner.
* Arrange metering appointments with customers and liaise with scheduling team to
* Investigate and resolve meter communication line failures; keeping HHDC (Half Hourly Data Collection), supplier and customer informed, as required, to ensure timely fault resolution.
* Deal with all third party queries within agreed SLAs (Service Level Agreements).
* Analysis of portfolio data to identify and correct any discrepancies to ensure
accuracy and quality.
Key Skill Requirements
* Previous experience in a customer facing role; including strong customer focus with a demonstrable track record of delivering service excellence.
* The ability to make decisions and meet tight deadlines amidst conflicting priorities.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to be able to deal with customers.
* The ability to interpret data and information and produce it in a clear and logical format.
* Quick to learn, absorb & retain information
* Good tele phoney skills
