Excellent job opportunity for an Account Manager join our client, a global market leading media group, based in their Manchester offices.

Our Client is the number 1 in their field and they have offices in the UK and USA. They have thousands of clients worldwide which include some globally renowned brands.

You will be responsible for maintaining regular contact with clients and managing the demands of big name brands - as well as being helpful to smaller firms looking for guidance and support.

You will have experience working with B2B customers of all sizes, and be an expert in relationship management. The role demands that you'll talk to people at all levels - from sales executives all the way up to managing directors and CEOs - so you'll be confident and comfortable in all situations.

The ideal Candidate:

* Previous experience in a customer-facing, client service role
* Effective personal organisation skills; self-starter with drive, ambition and creativity
* Highly organised, methodical and dedicated to first-class customer service
* Strong interpersonal skills
* An understanding of the fast-moving B2B market
* Good listening and writing skills and an ability to speak articulately and confidently
* Strong initiative - you're motivated by targets and tight deadlines
* Can identify and exploit potential vertical sales opportunities - and know how to close a deal
* Ability to work under pressure with a constant positive outlook when being faced with complex client issues
* Expertise with all standard PC software and CRM databases
