The Global Content Team is a hub of content generation for the Sustainable Business & Comms function, sourcing leads and turning them into high-quality content for use across a range of channels. The primary audiences are employees and influencers. The primary channels are Unilever.com and country websites, the News Centre (Unilever's internal news channel) and social media channels. The content team's purpose is to create and curate the content that enables Unilever to communicate its sustainable business agenda with a clear, compelling and credible voice, provide proof points for a model for sustainable business and encourage advocacy and participation from our audiences. Acting as a focal point for the sourcing of content, the team manages a pipeline of news, as well as supporting the development of campaign and other proactive content used across Unilever's digital ecosystem, and promoting best practice in content development in the function.

This will involve developing new creative formats and partnerships, overseeing a strong distribution and media strategy, ensuring robust measurement informs improvements, and continuing to drive an integrated working approach amongst SB&C teams involved in content.
* 'Bedding in' a refreshed Tone of Voice, which has been designed to make our content more engaging, impactful, creative, and optimised for a mobile environment.

* Play an integral role in the development and deployment of our corporate sustainable growth narrative. Ensure the narrative influences the direction and tone of voice of all Unilever's corporate content - building a positive perception of its sustainability agenda with its target audience.
* Ensure freelancers, agencies and other in-house support are clearly briefed and managed.
* Own copy, video and style guidelines for all digital corporate channels.
* In line with priorities set out by the global editorial board, and in partnership with the SB&C training academy, promote best-practice of content creation and production across the business through instructor-led and online training opportunities.
* Keep abreast of developments within Unilever and the wider world of sustainable business and digital best practice to ensure content is topical and well informed.
