Manpower are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor based in central Winchester to join an exciting team within the health insurance sector.
You will be required to liaise directly with new clients and take them through a thorough on-boarding process in which you will provide details and answer queries on the service provided as well as arranging for a consultant to visit the site directly as well as set up new clients on the internal system. When you are not answering calls you will be required to undertake basic administration, such as process application and renewals form, type and send letters, edit payment details along with many other administration duties.
You will be part of a close knit team consisting of sales, administrative and accounts advisers. This environment is a very lively, chatty and friendly place to work, where you are not targeted to call times and calls answered and your work will be reflected in the exceptional reputation of the company.
You are required to work shifts between 8:30am and 5:30pm Monday - Friday with an early finish on Friday.
