Manpower are currently recruiting for an Finance Administrator to join their ever- expanding client based in Banbury.
Our client are an outsourcing company working on behalf of a large client within the Banking and Finance Sector. They are looking for a Finance Administrator to start as soon as possible in the branch in the Banbury area.
Reporting to the Team Manager, as a Finance Administrator your will be required to manage the day to day relationship with clients, maintain service levels and a secure lending base.
Your main duties as a Finance Administrator will be to establish and maintain a professional relationship with both clients and customers as well as client and collateral management. You are also responsible for planning your own workload and prioritising your workload.
You will be required to analyse sales ledgers to support and make recommendations regarding funding as well as obtaining, analysing and producing accurate information ensuring decisions regarding collateral are made promptly.
You will also be required to identify potential issues where security is compromised or service levels do not match the customers' needs. You will then be required to recommend appropriate solutions.
Candidates should ideally have great attention to detail, experience of delivering business results, and using information effectively. The successful candidate will be self-motivated and have excellent planning and organisation skills.
Our client require you to work from Monday- Friday 9am- 5pm and benefit from available free parking, pension scheme, healthcare and childcare vouchers.
