Collections Associate - Starting salary £8.20 - £8.71 per hour dependant on Collections experience (£16,000 - £17,000-full time equivalent) + monthly bonus available of up to £206 + benefits + subsidised bus from Leeds to Morley.

Shifts: Fixed shifts, 37.5 hours per week over 5 days - Start date is the 14th November 2016.

What will I be doing?
An excellent listener and negotiator, you will work within our collections team, helping our customers to find the right repayment solution to meet their financial situation. You will take inbound calls and make outbound calls to speak to our customers. If you are passionate about delivering great customer service and have the ability to put yourself in other people's shoes whilst ensuring a satisfactory business outcome then we have got the career for you. New to this type of work, don't worry as full training and support will be provided when you join us a Collections Advisor.
