An excellent opportunity has arisen to join a world leading global organisation based in Liverpool City Centre.

This is an ongoing role, working 5 days per week (Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours). The working hours could be between 07:00am and 11:00pm. Rate of pay: £7.72 per hour + £100 per month language bonus + Quarterly performance Bonus

These roles are due to start over the next 2-3 weeks - full paid training is provided and there is no selling involved.

In addition to a high standard of written and spoken English, we are looking for people with an equal ability in one of the following languages:-


Job description:
*The handling of inbound enquiries (mainly emails) from customer with queries relating to flights.
*Providing professional communication to a wide range of customers.
*Managing a high caseload of enquiries whilst providing exceptional customer service

Your profile:
*Excellent customer service experience
*Confident, professional communication manner.
*Excellent written/spoken ability in English and one of the above languages
*Strong MS office / IT skills
*A practical approach to problem solving whist remaining compassionate
*An ability to grasp legislation relating to the airline industry.
