We are looking to recruit a Customer Care Administrator to join my client's team on a fixed term contract to cover maternity leave. This position will be based in Epping and we are looking for someone who is available to start quite quickly.

As a Customer Care Administrator you will be responsible for handling all correspondence received from debtors and their representatives. You will ensure that all correspondence is dealt with quickly and efficiently.

The ideal candidate will have:
*Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel & Outlook.
*Experience of using databases
*Good Communication skills - verbal, written and visual.
*Data interpretation.
*Mailing.
*Attention to detail
*Experience in dealing with written correspondence
*Ability to excel under pressure and when working to frequent tight deadlines.
