Due to investment in our sales team, Manpower are expanding our Corporate Sales team and looking for experienced senior sales individuals to join us, with a background in recruitment, to help us deliver on our growth strategy.

You will develop and implement a client plan designed to develop and maintain long-term profitable relationships, generating new revenue streams for Manpower. The person will effectively communicate the goals and client objectives to the relevant Manpower teams, by:-

*Developing a sales strategy with a multi tier account plan. Setting specific goals to meet profitability objectives.
*Preparing detailed sales plans for all pipeline clients, with a strategy for winning business developed.

You will be based in the North West and looking to secure new business, through targeting prospect clients in agreed market sectors, who are UK or International companies., but have Head Office functions/senior Key Decision makers in the area.

Reporting to the Head of Sales, for the North, and part of our National Corporate Sales team. this role would suit those individuals who wish to develop their recruitment sales career further, through implementing effective sales strategies to win business

You will need a demonstrable record of success in winning corporate business in a recruitment environment to ensure credibility with our clients and internal Managers
