My client, global medical organisation based in Amersham, is looking for a Business Operations Specialist to join their busy team.

Description:

This excellent opportunity allows the candidate to work within the Service function for 3 Healthcare modalities. The applicant will be part of a busy, diverse team and be part of that team providing a hub of support for all aspects for Service Delivery in the UK.


Key responsibilities/functions include:

* Work within all related systems - Legacy & Siebel and Support Central to manage and complete all work.
* Responsible for monitoring all invoices, timely printing and sending out to customers with attached backup documents.
* Responsible for running weekly non contract billing report. Therein, identifying billable transactions with missing purchase orders, initiating customer contact and making all necessary follow up calls.
* Work closely with business operations team to analyse and remediate all back-office pending and corrective queues enabling timely, accurate billing of customers and booking of costs.
* Responsible for creating PPS/ Uni syn contracts and Preparing Service Contracts ready for invoicing.
* Maintaining install base - submission of workflow to create, relocate and de-install systems.
* Maintaining Customer Details - submission of workflow to create new customers.
* Handle all types of work submitted into the department across HCS product offerings


Skills Needed:

* Understanding of financial and P&Ls.
