Order Distribution Administrator
We are currently recruiting for an Order Distribution Administrator in Uxbridge. Your role will be working alongside a busy team carrying out general administration duties.
You will be the first point of call between our National Accounts team at Head Office and the Branches across the UK. The role will include; liaising with both customers and clients, sending out new job vacancies, chasing feedback for candidates and speaking to both candidates and clients on the phone.
The ideal candidate needs to have:
-A confident phone manner, as you will be taking to clients and branches throughout the day.
-Have good knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook Express.
- Be able to build up a good rapport with people.
-Be able to priorities your work load and have good attention to detail.
-Being able to work independently and with a team
-Have good literacy skills
-Be polite and friendly
