Role Description

We are looking for a sharp, good-humored Executive Assistant who enjoys working in a constantly changing environment and streamlining a hectic day. In this role, you will provide dedicated assistance to our VP of EMEA Sales and support for their team. You will be working in a fast-paced, creative environment with passionate team members who are focused on quality and execution.

Responsibilities of the Executive Assistant:

-Lead key projects and initiatives within the revenue function
-Be a thought partner for the VP to help set key goals and priorities
-Coordinate both internal and external conference calls, meetings, and events
-Heavy calendar management in a rapidly and ever-changing environment
-Plan and execute on-site and off-site meetings, dinners, and events for the VP of Revenue EMEA
-Lead key projects and initiatives within the revenue function
-Prepare monthly expense reports for leads
-Set up all travel and accommodation
-Serve as the face of the company on behalf of your VP and help them build great relationships with internal stakeholders and external contacts
-Manage Purchase Orders for Leads' Teams
-Work on special projects for your Leads, such as managing meeting agendas, implementing new processes and assisting with senior onboarding

Requirements for the Executive Assistant:

-Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
-3+ years experience in an administrative support role with start-up and/or experience in a hyper-growth organization preferred
-Analytical and structured thinking, quickly understands the task at hand, the relevant context, and be able to synthesize the main considerations
-Adaptability, capable of working within ambiguity and chaos
-Experience with heavy calendaring for multiple principals or teams
-Ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities at once
-Ability to move quickly and make on-the-spot decisions without sacrificing attention to detail
-Track record of consistently going above and beyond
-Great communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a spectrum of personalities
-Strong Excel, PowerPoint, and Google e-mail/calendar/doc skills
-Ability to maintain composure and sense of humor in high-pressure situations
-Passion for the technology industry and helping your leads and their team as it scales
