Hours of work - between 8am and 10pm Monday to Sunday
Our client based in Peterborough is looking for a Sales Customer Service consultant to join their team. This is an outbound Business to Business (B2B) sales role that involves selling the many benefits of our client`s product. You will be making warm calls to businesses that have received correspondence by email or post, on behalf of our client and providing exceptional sales and customer service at all times.

Job Description

Business to business outbound calling to establish a need for the clients business and gain an opportunity to sell
Selling the value and benefits of our client`s wide-ranging repertoire to businesses - new and existing customers.
Agreeing payment terms and dates, and ensuring that new account details are processed accurately and efficiently.
Encouraging and taking customer payments over the telephone.
To embrace the challenge of dealing with business owners and objection handling when needed.
Update and amend details on the client database.
Accurately log all call outcomes.
To work in fast-paced, target-driven telephone-based environment, where all calls are recorded.
To achieve agreed targets based on SLA (Service Level Agreement) regarding quality and revenue targets.
To represent our client in a professional manner at all times.

A full 2 week training course. We also put candidates through sales training and customer service training. All candidates will have dedicated weekly performance management activities with their Team Leader to focus on their development areas.


Targets will be staggered over the initial 3 months:
o To achieve a revenue per hour target
o To achieve an average monthly call quality target of 80%
o To achieve an average monthly call pass rate of 93%

Overview of role

o Deliver a quality service to both internal and external customers; going `the extra mile` when needed.
o To act as the first line of support for clients and/or to account manages where appropriate.
o Maximising every opportunity.
o To achieve set service and sales targets.
o Deliver excellent Customer Service.
o Taking ownership for handling complaints/issues in accordance with our client`s values and within the group`s SLAs for complaint escalation/resolution, and in line with our client`s Code of Conduct.
o Deal with queries efficiently, responding to letters and e-mails as appropriate and timely, achieving set SLAs.
o To deliver ad-hoc projects as directed by the Team Leader to the required standard in the correct timescale(s).
o Pro-actively/reactively sell the benefits of our client repertoire to customers.
