Customer Success Team:

Our client are looking for somebody to help them manage manual renewals for the Business Self-Serve customers, both delinquent accounts (overdue payments) and accounts coming up for renewal in 2017 (manual invoice customers). There is solution down the line for automating these payments, though timeframe and available EPD resources to prioritize it are still unclear. In the interim, we will hire for this position to prevent risking more revenue loss in the future.

Processing renewals by contacting customers directly will be your primary responsibility, but if at any stage there is additional bandwidth, we would leverage them to support other high-touch initiatives, such as: an upsell at renewal pilot and a monthly churn research experiment.

Requirements

*Previous experience with customer support/task management system like Zendesk
*Fluency in languages other than English - French/German/Spanish - at least 1, ideally more.
*Avid technology user and a vocal technology evangelist
*Experience with Salesforce -an advantage
*Project management experience would be distinct advantage

Responsibilities:

*Work with other members of the support team to handle support issues relating to renewals and retention.
