This is a multi-functional role working across the reception desk, parts and service desks. The successful candidate will co-ordinate Parts stock management working closely with the internal workshop and be the customer point of contact for parts and service enquiries.

What you will be doing:

* This is a multi-functional role in which the successful candidate will carry out service reception duties and will also work in our parts department.
* Parts stock management, including ordering, goods inward handling, parts picking from warehouse etc.
* Fulfilling enquiries and orders from retail customers and our own workshop
* Generation of servicing schedules and sending reminders
* Booking PSV appointments and updating the dealer point
* Parts deliveries to customer premises
* Dealing with customer queries face to face and also via e-mail and telephone (incoming and outgoing calls)
* General administration tasks such as word processing, ordering office stationary, scanning and filing paperwork and record archiving
* Management of work wear orders, stock and allocation
* Handling of cash and card payments

What we are looking for:

* Relevant parts and/or service experience, working within a franchised dealership parts department would be highly desirable
* Possess the ability to communicate effectively at all levels, both verbally and written and both internally and externally
* Must be confident with telephone communication and possess a polite and professional telephone manner
* Possess an excellent level of computer proficiency
* Possess strong organisational skills and an ability to structure work load efficiently
* Be able to work effectively as part of a team whilst also possessing the ability to work effectively with minimal supervision
* Have a full and clean driving licence
* Previous experience of using forklifts and completion of forklift training would be desirable
