You now have the opportunity to join a hugely successful local business in Selby and be a part of their outstanding Customer Service team.

We are looking for someone who can provide a high level of customer service and administrative support. Ideally you will have a background in office administration and have previously worked in a customer service focused role.

To be successful in this role you must have strong IT skills and good working knowledge of various software including MS Excel, Outlook and Word. Sage software experience would be advantageous.

You must be willing to learn and develop and have the ability to work on your own initiative whilst also working within a close knit team environment.

Main duties will include; processing customer orders, answering customer enquiries, responding to mail & post and some reception cover as and when required.
