Great job opportunities to join British Airways as a Customer Service Representative at London Heathrow Airport!
Whether you're checking customers in, assisting with luggage drops, serving customers in the lounge, escorting unaccompanied minors, or something else - as a Customer Service Representative you'll deliver a world-class customer experience, exceeding their expectations and ensuring that any problems are resolved efficiently.
In return, you'll benefit from world-class training throughout your career at British Airways, starting off with a comprehensive 10-week induction to get you started. You'll also receive 24 days annual leave, plus eight days in lieu of bank holidays.
Having some previous experience in a customer service role would be an advantage, but it's not essential. What's more important is that you're able to deliver above and beyond for all customers, you're able to adapt to changing working environments, and you're resilient in the face of difficulty.
Alongside holding a valid passport and GCSE Maths and English, ideally you'll also have strong communication and IT skills, and will understand the importance of safety and compliance within the aviation industry.
Airports never sleep, so please be aware that you'll be required to work shifts covering 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
