As a Customer Service Representative you will join a dynamic team of customer service professionals delivering a world class personalised service to all our customers. You will be involved in a variety of duties including, engaging and delivering a warm welcome as a host, assisting at check-in & bag drop and leading a team at the departure gate to ensure a punctual departure. All of which will be positively influencing our customers end to end experience on the ground.

Having some previous experience in a customer service role would be an advantage, but it's not essential. What's more important is that you're able to deliver above and beyond for all customers, you're able to adapt to changing working environments, and you're resilient in the face of difficulty.
Alongside holding a valid passport and GCSE Maths and English, ideally you'll also have strong communication and IT skills, and will understand the importance of safety and compliance within the aviation industry.
Airports never sleep, so please be aware that you'll be required to work shifts covering 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
