An excellent opportunity has arisen to join a world leading global organisation, our client Unilever are currently looking for a Global Digital Assistant Brand Manager (Laundry), to be based at Unilever's prestigious facility in Blackfriars London. This is a full time temporary role for a period of 3-6 months, working a 36.25 hour week. This role is paying between £30400.00 - £35997.00 annum, depending on experience.

Business Context and main challenges
The Global Equity team is the strategic powerhouse behind the DiG brand. We are responsible for the overall strategy of the brand, especially communications strategy, the roll out of our global visual identity across DIG markets in all channels, and leadership of brand-led growth projects.

We are looking for a talented Assistant Digital Brand Manager with a global mind-set, and digital brand development experience to join the team in driving our brand to the next level.

Key Accountabilities:

Brand Stewardship
*Inspire the brand community behind our purpose and vision
*Development of best in class digital assets to support the Dirt is Good purpose
*Alongside agency partners, assist in the development and creation of digital KOF network to amplify brand purpose initiatives
*Management of the Brand Centres & DiG Connected World hub - ensuring content is inspiring and up to date
*Assist with the development of strategic documents including BSP, Brand Book, BETs, Induction Materials etc

Governance and Operational Excellence
*Ongoing Global budget management - including strategic decision making, daily administration and market communications
*Ensure our brand speaks with a single voice across all platforms
*Foster alignment between agencies - across Equity and Digital
*Help drive adoption and execution of the Global Digital 5C Framework
*Ongoing improvement in e-commerce metrics in top markets - including managing the creation and driving usage of demo content
*Manage and maintain the Global Digital content sharing system
*Maintain and enhance the Global website and Dirt is Good Digital ecosystem based on the Global Digital 5C Framework
*Lead monthly 1-2-1 calls with top 5 markets to ensure satisfaction, ongoing improvements and identify needs
*Management of Global data strategy initiatives and feeding in learnings into wider brand ecosystem

Capabilities/Skills/Experience
What we really want from you is drive and ability to hit the ground running to get the most out of this opportunity. The ideal candidate would be a talented marketer, with a passion for Digital and Brand Development experience at regional and/or global level.

*2 years' experience in Digital Brand Development or equivalent
*Good understanding of the core of Digital: Website Analytics; SEO; Social Media; Campaign & Content Best Practice
*Curious about people and trends (especially online), with the ability to translate these into actionable insights
*Experience in working with multi-cultural teams, building a collaborative environment
*Enthusiasm and drive to inspire markets and agencies around the opportunities offered by the Dirt is Good purpose in the Connected World
*Solid project management skills - including ability to simultaneously track, co-ordinate and deploy projects across multiple markets, agencies and internal stakeholders
