The Endpoint Engineering group produce a number of enterprise software components which provide a variety of security services to corporate customers.
As part of our customer focused efforts we require an administrative assistant to work within the Net Promoter Score (NPS) program.
(Induction training will be provided to explain the required processes and use of Target Mailer and Bugzilla - both internal tools)

Main responsibilities of the role:

Coordinate Closed Loop Process

*Monitor the Endpoint group mail box for customer triggered emails
*Using the Customer interview panel allocate the customer to a member of the panel
*Update the Customer interview details for that month for the customer
*Contact the customer interviewer to get update on progress
*Update the customer interview details tracking sheet
*When Interviewers return interview report, update the customer insights sheet for that month
*NB: Ensure that for each customer steps 1-6 above from alert to close are managed within maximum 15 days

Weekly "Voice of the Customer" emails

*Agree with MCN in advance which customer to use for the week
*Using the customers profile and post interview notes update the VoC template for that week
*Send the Endpoint group email at 3pm GMT every Wednesday
*Update the target mailer statistics for that mail

SR Triage Updates

*Access the SLAQ report and update the Endpoint Engineering weekly overview
*Highlight any cases that exceed case duration of 2 days with case status initial
*For any cases exceeding the 2 day case status of initial, complete the required fields in the weekly report

Skillset required:

*Good communication and listening skills
*Microsoft Office Expertise (MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Word, MS PowerPoint)
*Fluent in English
