Manpower is looking to appoint a Client Relations Manager at the forefront of their field for a prestigious worldwide manufacturing client that has an impressive Annual Growth of 20%. Who we are looking for:
We are looking to appoint a professional, experienced Client Relations manager with strong negotiating skills preferably from the Construction and/ or Manufacturing environment. You will be self-confident, decisive, resilient and thrive under pressure in a fast pace environment. You will possess the ability to 'think out of the box' and have previous success applying creative methods to drive business forward and improve customer satisfaction.

The Role:
You will work closely with Senior Management and the role plays a pivotal link between Operations, Sales and Clients. You will be responsible for managing a team of 6 front line, dynamic advisors who oversee the customer journey from initial sale query through to After Sales. You will analyse statistics and other data to determine the level of customer satisfaction and write reports with recommendations for improvements. You will develop, recruit and appraise your team and ensure they are trained to deliver exceptional standards of customer service.
