URGENT REQUIREMENT! My client is in the process of expanding the Central Bristol team and as a result I am recruiting for a number of Temp to Perm Customer Service Advisors to work on a well-known premium brand contract. The client is interested in talking to candidates who have excellent customer service skills, great interpersonal and communication skills, and who are able to handle a wide range of complex enquiries in a contact centre environment.

This is a non-sales role where the main emphasis will be to provide a crucial contact centre service to existing customers. You will provide clients with the highest levels of customer service by making after-sales courtesy calls regarding the product they have purchased, taking order calls, answering questions, dealing with queries and offering technical advice, as well as dealing with complaints.

Hours are full-time, 37.5 per week to be worked between Monday to Sunday, 7am to 10pm on a rotational shift basis. The rate of pay is £7.50 per hour. Permanent positions will be offered to candidates after a period of 12 weeks,
