Our client is an expanding, and very well regarded business based in a beautiful location on the outskirts of Watford. This is a fantastic opportunity for a graduate or experienced telesales exec to join a friendly and supportive team on a fixed term contract.

The purpose of the role, is to support the company's members and online customers by providing excellent customer service and maintaining accurate customer records. Responsibilities focused on member administration relating to online services, membership, responding to telephone enquiries.

Membership services administration
Assist with queries and respond within 24 hours
*Establish and maintain online subscriptions on CRM
*Subscription management - setting up new users, issuing welcome packs, newsletters administration
*Assist with & respond to member queries, new members by phone and email
*Maintain accurate records of members through CRM, the web site and archive files
*Log queries on CRM

Subscription management
*Maintain accurate user lists, through regular administration removing users have left the company
*Perform user analysis using reporting tools to identify accounts that have low usage or are being underutilised
*Identify opportunities to fill subscription licences and drive usage
*Conduct subscription cleanse/fill activity to ensure accurate data on CRM

Sales Support
*Process sales orders daily and related administration
*Support account management team e.g. usage reports, account information
*Provide usage statistics and analytics as required

Membership Support
Support the administration of membership to deliver the income to budget, includes:
Deal with incoming customer queries
Support lead generation activity
Process renewal payment and sales orders

As this company is expanding, this opportunity may well lead into a permanent opportunity.

35 Hours Per Week: 8-4pm, or 9-5pm, or 10am-6pm.
