Fantastic opportunity for an experienced Stores Person / Returns Administrator to join a well-established company based in High Wycombe, you will be working for a company where you will have a real opportunity to develop a long term career and will be given continued support to achieve personal and company targets.

Under general supervision of the Service Manager. You will work closely with the Customer Services Department ensuring items returning from customers are inspected and booked in and also returned to dispatch.

As the Administrator you will handle the goods returned for inspection and repair, liaise with customers, suppliers and internal departments, you will also be responsible for the booking in of returned goods, service administration and service customer enquiries regarding repair status/pricing/delivery etc. You will also be required to enter into SAP all of the service equipment.

Other duties will include dispatching goods to other service centres as required. Prepare for dispatch service items to customers.

Knowledge of SAP would be an advantage you must also be well organised and have good communication skills. Ability to proficiently use Microsoft Office tools.
