An excellent opportunity has arisen to join a world leading global organisation; our client Unilever are currently looking to recruit a Commercial Executive & a Senior Commercial Executive, based at Unilever's prestigious facility in Leatherhead, Surrey. This is a full time, temp role for 3-12 months, working 36.25 hours per week (Mon-Fri) starting ASAP. The role is paying between £25,600 and £32,000 per annum, pro rata, depending on experience.

The Commercial Executive Team play a critical role within the business supporting the Customer teams, specifically the Customer Account Managers (CAMs).

The Commercial Executives use a variety of sources and tools to add value and commercial grip to a dynamic department. They possess a drive to meet deadlines by going the extra mile, along with attention to detail to get the job right first time. In addition to this, the Senior Commercial Executives will have the responsibility of being Team Leaders and will be the focal point in their team for any process changes.

The roles encompass elements of forecasting, finance, administration and customer service.

Responsibilities (to include):
* Promotional Support - updating the plan and translating the plan into numbers
* Rebates & Provisions
* Joint Business Planning Tracking
* Price Claims and Price Bible
* Customer Administration

Accountabilities:
* Ensuring that promotions are logged and entered into the system
* Maintaining price files
* Resolving price queries
* Fulfilling customer administration requirements
* Reconciling promotional invoices
* Setting up and maintaining trackers to bring control

Business Results
* Excellent customer feedback due to accurate communication and administration
* Improving forecasts
* A stable customer P&L due to a high level of control
* A timely promotional plan that can be used by the broader business in its decision-making and is reflected in both internal and external systems

The successful candidates will have high level of educational / or professional qualifications or a proven track record in a customer environment, already used to delivering work required by the job profile.

Applicants must have advanced Excel skills with the ability to produce and use V Lookups/Pivot Tables (an assessment will be held using Excel).
You must possess good attention to detail and have the ability to prioritise and manage workload, delivering to a deadline with accuracy.

Strong communication and analytical skills required.
