Are you an accomplished Team Leader, with experience in the delivery of the highest quality service to key clients, meeting/exceeding strict SLAs and KPIs - we have a team based in our Shared Service Centre in Eastleigh focused on the operation of Manpower Group's largest UK Recruitment Managed Service Programme, needing a Team Leader to provide active direction and support.

The Programme Management Office (team) is responsible for all aspects of the day to day management of this programme, underpinning the service our account team provides across the UK.

The role will include;

*Key stakeholder engagement, internally, with our client managers, and will suppliers - planning and implementing appropriate solutions, with best practice resourcing processes
*Direct line management responsibility for the team, including performance, development, training setting and reviewing objectives - dealing with conflict resolution and coaching - engendering a motivated team spirit!
*Supporting the strategic vision and development of the MSP programme through measured continuous improvement
*Development and maintenance of reporting and management tools/ reports for internal and external use
*Understanding and management of all the supporting IT tools/processes, including data accuracy, management, analysis and reporting externally and internally to key stakeholders
*Maintaining and facilitating communication channels between recruiting managers and the delivery team - handling complex situations with the client to effectively negotiate potential issues, facilitating a "win-win" situation
*The role is hands on and you will be required to supplement the team's activities and supplement key aspects of their role as required.

Ideally, you will have experience of in-house or on-site recruitment and working with bespoke related software, working with a neutral vend managed service model.
