Manpower UK is recruiting for a Customer Sales Support Assistant to join our client, working within their customer service team and covering a 12 months maternity leave.

As a Customer Sales Support, your main responsibilities will be to:

* Process orders accurately and correctly to achieve the highest levels of customer service and minimise errors
* Produce quotations as required within 48 hours of request
* Proactively call non-spending accounts and accounts spending below their potential, to identify future buying opportunities
* Utilise the marketing literature with the primary objective of winning business
* Maximise all opportunities from incoming and outgoing calls to identify future opportunities and pass leads to FSE's
* Ensure all customer issues are recorded correctly and progressed to a satisfactory conclusion.
Candidates should have an excellent telephone manner. Our client is willing to fully train the successful candidates but you would require the passion for sales.

Hours for this role are Mon - Thur 10am - 6pm. Fri 10.15am - 6pm.
